Yeah Luke is pretty overrated. After years of Luke and Palps vs say Naruto, Ichigo, ect level characters, the truth is the few high end feats they have are either major outliers, or simply inconsistent. They are high tier, but like low level high tier, Like Iron Man or Invincible really.
