Both the Espada and the Akatsuki are as pictured above
Everyone is in their usual mindests, but otherwise going all out
They will all have basic knowledge on each other
Energies will be equalized for the sake of fairness and debate
The battle will be taking place in the valley of the end
Victory will be achieved by death, knockout, or incapacitation
Espada are faster, stronger, more hax, more destructive, more powerful, more durable, etc.
