What strength feats of comic Ollie are you thinking of here? Going with standalone strength feats only, CW has some really good strength feats, like snapping handcuffs, snapping chains with one arm, kicking people through chained doors etc. Emiko, who is quite a bit weaker than Oliver tossed a guy over 40 ft with a casual tug from one arm. Durability wise, Oliver has some really impressive showings like tanking hits from Mirakuru users, Khusu idol users and Dominators. And these aren't even his best feats, tbh.

Skill comparison can get messy, so I won't go over them right now.
