Mjolnir is a Skyfather level weapon. It realistically takes a god level character to resist it. Maybe Golden Freeza has what it takes but this Freeza is getting turned to paste by Thor.
Long as Frieza can change forms before Thor tries anything too serious, I think he can take it.
Thor easily wins
Freiza. Too fast and won’t have trouble putting him down.
