Premise:
The Vampire Council in France fears that Dracula's revolution will trigger another war with the Paladins. They have sent Jeanne to put a stop to the uprising.
Jeanne arrives through the front gate and declares that under the order of Lord Augustus Ruthhaven, the war council is to disperse immediately.
The council does not take her seriously. Godbrand decides he wants to smash, and approaches her first. She takes him up on his offer.
